Day 183 P&V - I'M OVERWEIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weigh In
13st 8.75llbs / 190.75llbs / 86.52kgs

2 mini goals hit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 90llbs lost & BMI now OVERWEIGHT!!!!!!!!!

I know its great but I'm feeling a little flat today, not sure why, maybe I'm just tired - Ami had a bad night again!

It'll be my 6 months on Dukan post tomorrow, so get ready for some figures & hopefully some before and 'after' pics.

    SUCH GOOD NEWS!!!! you should be very proud of yourself! I think the term Obese has such a terrible sound to it, it feels great to just be overweight!! You are so close to your goal, and you have come such a long way!

      Thanks Fabiana. I am proud, I think...... You are right - it has been a long way! I still feels as if I have so far to go! Trying to stay focused / positive and hoping my losses don't slow down too much! xo
