Day 111 - P&V

I have had 2 PP days in a row, not for any paticular reason other than I couldn't be bothered cooking much / hadn't done shopping. My weight has stayed the same, that's fine with me (don't feel so washed out), I've been drinking the usual amount but I feel a little dehydrated this morning, I will try and drink some more today.

Off to feed the ducks & have a walk now.
