Its my own stupid fault, I obviously didnt drink enough yesterday and had smoked salmon (very high sodium) STUPID STUPID STUPID. You would think by now I should know better. I just find it so hard to get a balance between dieting and living life, I mean I still drank over 6 litres of fluid. I definitely know water is my reason for success on this diet but in a way I've set myself up for a fall by drinking too much too soon, so now my body expects lots and lots of the stuff.
Yeaterday I took my little girl out for the morning, we had a lovely walk, fed some ducks, she splashed in puddles, it was lovely, my problem is - NO TOILETS open yet! Since being pregnant / having Amilee, my bladder is terrible, I cant go long without needing the loo. What can you do, stay at home all day so that you're near a toilet???? Its so frustrating......
Its only .75llb but its really got to me! Its funny how the little things can really throw you off balance when dieting, I'm TRYING to just forget it and do better today!
